'phage' is short for bacteriophage:

Layer over layer, and microscopic getting smaller, I see the genetic coding under blood vessels; and the surging battle between the insertion of alien DNA to healthy cells leading to the replication of disease and sickness.

But Trump (but I wouldn’t give him the credit) did say one thing then that makes obvious sense during a speech, “We need a moon-base now!” He didn’t win then and I’m sure has forgotten he had ever said this statement.

The human race needs the expansion of any space program if it is to have any hope of surviving far into the future, currently all our eggs are in one basket and that basket is in rough shape.
